shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. At this stage, we do not offer click and collect services. Please note that delays may occur during collection launches and public holidays.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all delivery details and sizes are correct. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes and cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or size selections.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking for your convenience with a standard fee. Express shipping is available for an additional fee, and the selected postage method (standard or express) will apply once your order has been dispatched

returns

Return requests must be submitted via email hello@dawlstudios.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been approved, items must be returned within 14 days of the confirmation date. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Please ensure you include a valid order number as proof of purchase.All items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and carefully packaged. Pieces should be neatly folded and placed back into their protective bag (or equivalent) before returning.
